Is the platform really under our own brand and domain?
Yes. Alvva is fully white-labeled: your firm's name, logo, colors and a custom domain (for example clients.yourfirm.com). Your clients sign in to your portal and receive messages from your firm — they never see Alvva. You own the client relationship; we run the software underneath.
How does the official USCIS case tracking work?
Alvva checks each case by its USCIS receipt number against the USCIS case status center and syncs the status — received, biometrics, interview, decision — to the case file and your client-facing timeline. Clients get proactive alerts on every change. Alvva is not affiliated with or endorsed by USCIS and reads publicly available case-status data.
Which channels can we message clients on?

Does the AI file or give legal advice on its own?
