Alvva
Agentic architecture for immigration law.
We train our own models on U.S. immigration and nothing else, then put agents on top of them to run the daily work of a practice. A licensed attorney signs off before anything is filed.
Built for high-volume firms. Access by cohort.
Backed by UC Berkeley SkyDeck, Google for Startups and Amazon Impact Accelerator.
Thesis
An immigration practice spends most of its hours on paperwork. Intake, evidence, forms, status checks. The legal judgment clients actually pay for fits in a fraction of the week.
We believe that work can now be done by machine intelligence. Not a chatbot bolted onto a form, but models trained on one domain until they know it: thousands of real USCIS filings, the way an RFE follows a weak exhibit, the way processing times drift by service center.
So we built an intelligence that practices the paperwork of immigration law. It carries a case from the first intake question to the decision, keeps up as policy and processing times change, and drafts a strategy for every case it holds.
Then we shape it to your firm. It learns your case history, your documents, the way you write. No two firms run the same stack.
What it never does is judge. An attorney at your firm reviews and approves every strategy and every filing. The intelligence does the hours; your lawyers make the calls.
All of it runs under your name, on your domain, inside your own space. Your clients never see us. They see a firm that answers in minutes, files clean, and always knows where their case stands.
One platform
The only platform your firm needs. Intake, drafting, case tracking and client messaging run in one place, so your team files more in less time and every client gets a clearer experience.
The gain
- 60% less time spent per case
- 3× faster to file
- 2× more repeat clients

Founders
We're Sergio Torres and Eshwar Kolla. We went through the U.S. immigration process ourselves, and saw how much of it runs on manual work on both sides of the desk. We started Alvva to fix that: to give attorneys back the hours they lose to coordination, and give their clients a process they can actually follow.
Access
Access is by cohort.
Second cohort opens September 1.
We onboard a few firms at a time and only work with high-volume, serious immigration practices. Tell us about yours. If it looks like a fit, we'll set up a call this week and run your actual cases through the system.
